This project aims to support young people aged 16 to 30 who are not in education, training, or employment and are involved in street crime at risk of long term disengagement to progress. The goal is to support them and their families by providing creative interventions. Support will be provided in order to help them move into and remain in education, training or employment. We will tackle diversity and improve participation engagement. We have a focus on young black people supporting at least 60% of the cohort from black and mixed race heritage from working class backgrounds into education and training.
Caramel Rock’s launch party will kick off with free drinks and food along with a goodie bag for the first 50 guests. Also, the event will include: Live music, a fashion panel talk, a Q&A, and designer exhibitions. There will also be a creative workshop at the Deco Building located on high street Ilford.
