Caramel Rock Students attended a Beginners Screen Print Workshop

This beginner’s workshop was perfect for our students who had little or no previous screen printing experience. It was a practical, hands-on and, most importantly, fun session of getting messy and learning print making.

In this workshop the students learned the basics of screen printing from start to finish, having an introduction to how a screen printing studio is, how to prepare a screen, edit an image and make prints!

Using their own photographs, students made a unique and personal A4 print.

This workshop was run by Oscar from Orange Juice Studios, a creative multi discipline screen printing/graphics studio located in Hackney Wick. Oscar has worked with brands such as Carhart and The Design Museum and worked at London College of Communication as Print Technician.
